Ref:

Triolet is the award winning mathematical game that resembles Scrabble. At its most basic level, players are trying to make a total of 15 using a maximum of 3 counters during their turn. The tiles are placed in horizontal or vertical positions on the Triolet game board. As players become more used to Triolet, they realise that it is a game of tactics, skill and strategy with luck also playing a part and where winning and losing roles can be reversed very quickly. If your child is young, play Triolet at its most basic level as it is a great way of helping children work out the components of 15 by adding two or three numbers. If your child is older or adults are playing Triolet, explore the rules and be guided by the examples on the instruction sheet. There is more to it that you would first think!
