Serpentiles is an excellent problem solving puzzle to help develop thinking skills, particularly observation. The pack contains 40 mind challenging cards with four levels of difficulty: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert.
Serpentiles helps children and adults to think about routes using the visual clues they are given. As it is one of the easier thinking skills games, young children take to it very quickly. The fact that the pieces are easy to manipulate really does remove any psychological barriers as well as helping children develop 'trial and improvement' strategies!
How to Play: Pick a challenge card. Select the tiles shown on the challenge card. On a flat surface, place the tiles together. Find a way to connect the tiles to form an uninterrupted (or unbroken) loop.
